Melissa - Dear Andrew, Just wanted to send you a quick note regarding one of your sales executives Jesse Schmidt. We purchased a beautiful red Lexus IS250C From him just after Christmas. From the outset, Jesse’s standard of customer service was excellent. He contacted me promptly and we communicated regularly by email and phone. His manner was pleasant, helpful and not pushy at all. After looking for a car for a few months I can say that there were not many sales people in the industry with his skills. We were made to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Jesse even offered to have the car driven to Sydney. In the end we made the drive up and Jesse arranged a trade in on our old Subaru – and we drove the Lexus home the same day…top down all the way. Jesse took plenty of time to explain the car features and made the transition effortless and was completely professional at all times but with a lovely relaxed manner.
